Angel One Venture Fund was created by the UCU Foundation. The Foundation's goal is to invest in Ukrainian startups, help them implement their ideas and develop a startup culture in Ukraine.
About the Fund
The fund provides start-up capital (pre-seed & seed capital) to scale startups based on technologies, innovations and intellectual property developed by Ukrainian founders.
We invest in Ukrainian startups in all technology categories in the amount of $50,000 to $200,000. The main focus is on areas such as FinTech, SaaS, EdTech, AI/ML. A third of the investment will go to Edtech startups and those that seek to make a significant contribution to solving global problems.
We start with $1.5 million in equity and continue our fundraising campaign in Ukraine and the world.

Why our foundation
Angel One will accompany startups during their development period. In addition to the necessary capital, the fund will provide founders with contacts with entrepreneurial and venture communities, as well as, last but not least, management and marketing expertise to turn ideas and innovations into successful startups.
